Contract/ Terms and Conditions
Events by Kellys Rustic Barn LLC appreciates the opportunity to contribute our floral and bridal services to your wedding day. Our goal is to provide you with high quality flowers and designs, as well as make every effort to ensure that you are provided with exceptional bridal services, and ultimately presented with an unforgettable wedding day.
Events by Kellys Rustic Barn LLC reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, your liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Please note that your Wedding Deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Terms:
Payments may be made in cash or through PayPal.
Deposit / Final Payment: I understand that a 25% to 50% (depending on amount of time until due date) non-refundable deposit is required to secure our selected wedding date, and represents my agreement to the terms of the contract. I understand if I fail to make payment in full as scheduled, I acknowledge that this agreement is no longer valid and I may be subject to cancellation fees. Final Payment
on all events is due in FULL 2 weeks PRIOR to the event.
Additional purchases will be invoiced at the time of order : If ordered after my final payment, I understand that I am responsible for payment in full prior to delivery. Events by Kellys Rustic Barn LLC understands that unexpected changes and updates will occur up until my wedding date, and will make every conceivable effort to accommodate my circumstance(s). Unfortunately with last minute changes, Events by Kellys Rustic Barn cannot guarantee that my same flowers or greenery will be available on orders made after original request, but will work diligently on my behalf to match my color and style as closely as possible.
Cancellations : In the event I elect to cancel my event with Events by Kellys Rustic Barn LLC, I agree that I will submit my request for cancellation in writing. Additionally, I acknowledge that I am requesting custom order floral design work from Events by Kellys Rustic Barn LLC, and understand that, in the event I choose to cancel my event, I may be subject to cancellation fees for any supplies bought above and beyond the deposit amount. I understand that there are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after final payment is made. In the event of cancellation, I understand that my non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

Rush Order Booking fee : I understand if my event is 5 weeks or less at the time of booking I will be charged a $50 non refundable Rush fee . we suggest at least 3 to 6 months in advance for a wedding or event . Events take a considerable amount of planning , we want to help you and provide the highest quality in design and service, We welcome ALL Brides but please understand a short notice could put you ahead of other events booked for months and takes extra effort to execute.
